Ramen Factory Nosuke in Hachinohe, Aomori
This is ariTV’s Odanaka!
Today, we introduce you Ramen Factory Nosuke in Hachinohe, Aomori. Even though they were forced to suspend operations temporarily at the time of the 2011 disaster, they are carrying on business well now.
After working for a chain store for four years, Nosuke’s owner decided to open his own shop in Shirogane, Hachinohe (Aomori).
However, within half a year, the 2011 disaster hit Japan, and he became unable to do business.
When he was struggling to start over, the Hachinohe Chamber of Commerce and Industry told him a chance of business.
With lots of support from friends, at last, he was able to open a new shop on the fifth floor of department store Miharu-ya in Jūsannichi, Hachinohe.
Now, He’s working hard to return the favors to those who helped him through the difficult time.
This is their miso-flavored ramen, Miso-nosuke♂.
If ramen has “♂” in its name, it means it has no egg, and if it has “♀”, it has an egg.
They mix pork bone broth with two kinds of Hokkaidō miso, and their thick noodles are homemade.
We also had gyōza (dumpling). It’s springy and tasty.
Give it a try!
